Skills Training Greater Fort Lauderdale
Weekly youth basketball training run by Coach Blake Kingsley, fresh off two championship college staffs. Your player gets a journal, homework between sessions, and a coach who holds them to it. The goal is a player their team cannot afford to sit.
Limited availability. Replies within one business day.
Every session is coached by Blake Kingsley, founder. NJCAA Region 16 champions 2024. Horizon League champions 2025.
Two seasons on college staffs. Fifty-one wins, two championships, and an NCAA Tournament. That is the standard your player trains to every week.

Four steps.
The right fit matters more than the pitch. A short call tells us about your player and their goals, and tells you whether group training is the right place to start.
Limited availability. Let’s talk!
Book Your Call
Send the form below. You get a 15 to 20 minute phone or Zoom call with Coach Blake about your player: position, playing time, confidence, and the one open day a week.
Evaluation Session
Sixty minutes on court. Coach Blake gets to know your player and finds out exactly where they are.
Enrollment Call
Same day or within 24 hours, while it is fresh. What we saw, what we would work on, and which term and frequency fit. You choose.
Start Training
Read the agreement, then book your call: Coach Blake confirms the term and the frequency that fit, then sends your agreement and payment link. A welcome email confirms your first session and your cancellation date.
Arrive 15 minutes early to warm up. Bring water, your own basketball, basketball shoes, and your journal. Late arrival forfeits the time, so build in the buffer.
Middle school through senior year.
Wherever your player starts, the target is the same: be undeniable when it counts. What changes is how far out we are building from.

Middle School Build
Every college player was once a middle schooler with a habit nobody caught. We catch it now, while it is still easy to fix: feet, balance, both hands. Nothing should be capping you at sixteen.
High School Jump
This is the level where players separate. We build the speed, the strength through contact, and the decisions that turn a rotation player into a starter coaches build around.
College Track
Time to get in front of the right staffs. Coach Blake sat on their side of the recruiting table. He knows what they need to see on your film, he will tell you the truth about the gap, and then he will train you to close it.
They came to get better.

Basketball training across South Florida.
Every session runs at the Salvation Army gym in Fort Lauderdale, and families drive in from Miami, Hollywood and north Broward for youth basketball training. Where an area has its own page, it lists the local schools, the courts we recommend there, and what the schedule looks like.
Straight answers.
Players from roughly 11 through 18, from first year middle school through senior year, any gender. Younger players get more habit building, older players get more decision work and recruiting support.

Group training runs three months minimum, or six. Coach Blake asks for three because accountability, habit forming, and lasting change take that long to survive speed, contact, and a Friday night. Group memberships auto-renew unless you cancel in writing 7 days before the end of a 3 month term or 60 days before the end of a 6 month term. Individual monthly training renews each month, and you cancel with 14 days written notice before your next billing date.
Yes. Coach Blake goes over it on your call, along with the membership options, so you have the full picture before anything is booked.
Give 24 hours notice and Coach Blake will move it. Miss without notice and the session is forfeited: there are no private makeups and missed sessions do not roll over. All sales are final, so the honest answer is to put every session in the calendar.
Yes. Coach Blake spent the last two seasons on college staffs at the NJCAA and NCAA Division I levels, evaluating high school film from the recruiting side. Film review and college coaching advice are available on request alongside any program.
Win each practice. Win each day.
The gym closes. The habit does not. Take a shot at the night court. Every make gets logged, the same way your reps do.
Grab the ball, pull it back, let it fly. Sink one and it takes you straight to booking a call.
