Who is asking

Fast Basketball is Coach Blake Kingsley, training players one on one and in small groups across Coral Springs, Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate and Tamarac. He is the person who reads what you send. Anything on this page, including a request to delete what we hold, goes to him through the contact form.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. The contact form asks for a name, an email, a phone number, your area, which program you are asking about, and whatever you want to tell us about the player. The playbook form asks for a name, an email, and the player's grade, position and skill focus. The Locker asks for an email so we can send you the resource you unlocked.

The enrollment form asks for more, because it is the registration for a training program: the athlete's name, date of birth, gender, grade, school, experience, and optionally their own email, phone, team, position and goals; the parent or guardian's name, relationship, email, phone, home city and preferred way to be contacted; the program, frequency, day and T-shirt size; the athlete's health insurance provider and policy number, which is what a coach needs if a player is hurt on the court; the plan chosen; any questions; and a record that you ticked the two agreement boxes. Your signature itself is not collected here: you sign by typing your full name on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe keeps that.

When you open an enrollment link Coach Blake sent you, the page records that it was opened and how long it stayed open, tied to the tag in that link, so he knows to follow up. No cookie, no third party, and nothing you typed leaves your browser until you submit the form.

The site counts its own visits. For each visit it records which pages were opened, roughly how long they stayed on screen, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and how you arrived: the website that sent you (google.com, instagram.com), the tag on a link Coach Blake shared, or neither. It does not record your internet address, anything you type, or where you are. When you send a form, how you first found the site goes with it, so Coach Blake can see which of his efforts are reaching families. Search engines and bots are not counted. Visit records are deleted after 25 months.

Buying one of the training tools asks for much less, because it is software rather than a place on a court: your name, your email, optionally a phone number, a home city and the athlete's name, which of the four "you are" answers fits you, anything you typed in the comments box, which tool you bought, how you chose to pay, and a record that you ticked the two boxes. Your email is where the link is sent, so it is the one thing the purchase cannot work without. No date of birth, no school, and no insurance details: nothing about selling a phone tool needs them.

The tools themselves send us nothing at all. The Shot Form Watcher uses your camera and the Dribble Listener uses your microphone, and both do their work inside the browser on your own device. No video, no audio and no recording is uploaded anywhere, to us or to anyone else, and neither tool has a login.

The enrollment form and the contact form both ask how you heard about us. We keep your answer on your record. It changes nothing about what you pay or what your athlete receives: it tells Coach Blake which of his efforts are reaching families, and it sets the fee the person who built this site is paid out of Coach Blake's own share rather than out of anything you pay. If you would rather not say, pick "Other" and leave the box blank. If you arrived through a personal link, the form does not ask: the link already says how you found us.

One thing gets recorded that you did not type: a playbook request is saved along with the internet address it came from, which is how we stop the form being hammered by a bot. Google, which hosts the site, also keeps its own standard server logs, the way every web host does.

What we do with it

We use it to reply with open slots, send the playbook or resource you requested, and follow up once. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else, and we do not add you to anything you did not ask for.

Parents, and players under 18

These forms are meant for a parent or guardian. We train players from roughly 11 through 18, and the questions that come next are yours to answer: cost, scheduling, health, whether this is even the right fit. If your player is under 18, please send the form yourself so the conversation starts with you.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If a child under 13 fills in one of these forms without you, we are not going to use it and we will delete it as soon as we know.

If you think your under-13 child submitted something here, send us a note with the email address they used. We will find it, delete it, and write back to confirm it is gone. No reason needed, and nothing you have to explain.

The Fast Basketball app

Coach Blake's families use an app on their phones for messages, schedules and training. It is invitation only: Coach Blake creates a record for an athlete naming a parent's email address, and an account sees nothing at all until a verified address matches one. There is no public sign-up, no profiles to browse, no search, and no way for one family to reach another.

What the app holds:

  • Your account. The email address and password you sign in with, and whether that address has been confirmed. Google's Firebase Authentication holds these, and we never see your password.
  • The athlete and the guardian. The athlete's name and age and the guardian's name, typed in by Coach Blake when he sets the family up, plus the email addresses he invited.
  • Consent. Whether the guardian has allowed her athlete to send messages, and when she granted it.
  • Messages. What is typed in a conversation, who sent it and when. A guardian can read every message between Coach Blake and her athlete, permanently. Nobody can edit or delete a message once it is sent, Coach Blake included, because those messages are the record that protects the child.
  • Training. Scheduled sessions with their date, place and notes; the workouts Coach Blake publishes; the answers an athlete types into a worksheet; and how many minutes they actually trained.
  • Small preferences. A display name, a chosen chat colour, which conversations you muted, and a streak counting the days in a row the app was opened.

Reminders are set by your own phone's clock. There is no notification server, and the app has no token that would let anyone send you something you did not schedule yourself.

Two optional training tools use the camera and the microphone. Shot Form watches a shooting motion and the Dribble Counter listens for a bouncing ball, and both do that work on the phone itself. No photo, no video and no audio is ever recorded or sent anywhere. The Dribble Counter does save the number of bounces it counted, and a short list of numbers describing the sound of your ball so it recognises the same ball next time, onto the athlete's own training record when they press Save.

Athletes under 13 are given no login. Those families use the parent's account, and the app is rated for 13 and over for that reason.

Deleting an app account. Open the You tab, then Account, then Delete my account. That removes your login and that account's own settings. If you would rather not do it in the app, or you have already uninstalled it, send us a note and we will delete it for you and write back to confirm. Messages stay, and the deletion screen says so before you confirm: they are the safety record a guardian is promised, and no one party to a conversation gets to erase it for the others.

Who else touches it

Three companies, and only because none of this works without them.

  • Google hosts this site and runs the app. Firebase Hosting serves the pages, Cloud Firestore stores playbook requests, enrollment records and everything in the app, and Firebase Authentication holds app account emails and passwords. Google is where the data physically lives.
  • Resend sends the playbook email to you, and sends each enrollment and enquiry to Coach Blake. It gets the email address you gave and the message itself. Nothing else.
  • Stripe takes payment on its own checkout pages. It gets what it needs to charge a card, under Stripe's privacy policy. This site never sees a card number.

That is the complete list. No mailing list tool, no advertising platform, no outside analytics service (the visit counting above runs on this site's own server), no data broker, nobody else in the middle.

What stays on your own device

A few small things your browser keeps for you. Only the last two are ever sent to us, and only as the visit counting described above.

  • The email you used to open the Locker, so your unlocked resources stay unlocked next time. Hit "Log out" in the Locker and it is gone.
  • A count of the shots you have made in the little night court on the homepage. It is a number. That is genuinely all it is.
  • Which program you clicked, so the contact form arrives already knowing what you wanted to ask about. It clears when you close the tab.
  • The answers you typed into the enrollment form, so coming back from Stripe's checkout does not empty it. The insurance policy number is not kept. All of it clears when you close the tab.
  • The same for the tool purchase form, and for the same reason. It clears when you close the tab.
  • A note that you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. That clears when you close the tab too.
  • A random number that stands for this browser, and how it first found the site, so a returning visitor is counted once and a form can say how you found us. It is not a cookie and names nobody. If you arrived through a personal link, the link's short code is kept too.
  • A second random number for the current visit, which clears when you close the tab.

There is no Google Analytics or other outside analytics script, no advertising pixel and no session recording. Every page except one serves its scripts and fonts from this site. The exception is the Shot Form Watcher, which downloads a pose-detection library and its model from Google and jsDelivr the first time you open it, because that is how the tool sees a shooting motion at all. It still does the watching on your own device, and nothing it sees goes anywhere. Clearing your browser storage removes everything in that list.

Paying online

Payments happen on Stripe's own checkout pages, not here. This site never sees a card number. Stripe keeps what it needs to process the payment, under Stripe's privacy policy. We keep the enrollment record itself: everything the enrollment form asked, the plan, whether Stripe reports it paid, and the dates. That is what running your player's sessions takes, for the reasons above.

How long we keep it

As long as it is useful for the reason you gave it to us: answering your question, sending what you asked for, running your player's sessions. There is no fixed clock on it. If you are not training with us and you would rather we did not hold it, say so and we will not.

Want it gone?

Send us a note and we delete what we hold on you. One message, done, no reason owed. You can also just ask what is on file and we will tell you.

One carve-out, and the app says the same thing on the screen before you confirm: messages between Coach Blake and an athlete stay. They are the record a guardian is promised when she lets her child be coached, and a record one party can delete is not a safeguard. Everything else, including your login, goes.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes with it. This version is in effect as of September 2026.

The terms cover booking, cancellations, photos, and what training does and does not promise. Anything else, just ask.
